Half the Sky by:Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn

I first read this when I was in college and loved it! The stories they shared were heartbreaking. This time around I noticed that they gave solutions to these women’s issues, but then followed up with how they were not effective in the such-in-such area. It left me wondering at first what can be done. As the book progressed, it became clear there is no one easy solution, but a combination of different approaches can make an impact. Overall, I enjoyed reading it again.
